This savory-ish chocolate dipping sauce is inspired by our trip to St. Lucia. One of the hotels we stayed at while we were there was the Boucan (read the post here), which sits on a lush cacao plantation. Their restaurant incorporates cacao into pretty much everything on their menu in some of the most inventive ways (like cacao gazpacho, cacao gin Mahi Mahi and Rum Baba with cacao whipped cream).
